תיאור המשרה

The MeGo program, which began in 2022, brings together leading Israeli High-Tech companies to integrate Ultra-Orthodox men into the industry. The program aims to train Ultra-Orthodox programmers who will join tech companies in the coming years. The program is operated by the Kemach Foundation – Promoting Haredi employment, partners alongside the leading High-Tech companies, the Ministry of Labor, Mahat, Philanthropic foundations, and executives from the local High-Tech industry.

תחומי אחריות:

  • Own the placement of our top-notch Herdi students to the Tech industry.
  • Be the focal point of our MeGo students and HR teams across the Israeli industry.

נסיון נדרש:

  • Experience in HR, focusing on Talent Acquisition or Placement of tech employees.

כישורים ומאפיינים נדרשים:

  • Self-resilient, optimistic, and can-do mindset.
  • Be Mission-driven with attention to detail.
  • An independent attitude.
  • Be creative in attracting and building relationships with companies and HR teams.
